Haywood Knolls Association, Inc. is incorporated under the laws of North Carolina as a not-for-profit organization 501(c)(4). The Association’s operations are governed by a community-elected Board of Directors consisting of four Officers and three Directors At Large. The Board meets monthly.

Board members serve as volunteers and are not compensated for their service to the Association. The Board manages the budget and oversees contracts for groundskeeping, common area utilities, required insurance, and other services as needed. Additionally, the Board is responsible for identifying and carrying out community improvements and maintaining common areas.

All meetings are available for residents to present a topic or matter of interest at the beginning of each meeting.


The next Haywood Knolls Association’s Annual Meeting for will be held on September 2024 (Date TBD) at the French Broad Baptist Church, 182 Grandview Lane, Hendersonville, NC 28791.
